Manny Pacquiao, the pride of the Filipino people, wants to arrange a fight with Oscar dela Hoya, the Golden Boy.

Knowing that it would be his biggest fight ever [both in magnitude and power], Pacquiao vowed to be in his best shape when he comes face to face with his opponent.
“I need to be in my best shape ever. He’s taller and bigger. But if I’m in my best shape, I think I can handle him,” he said with an added remark that his training should not be less than two months.

According to dela Hoya, whether he fights against Miguel Cotto, Antonio Margarito, Sergior Mora, Manny Pacquiao or Felix Trinidad, it will surely be his final battle.
Meanwhile, Pacquiao’s former business manager Rod Nazario said that Oscar dela Hoya may be too tough for Pacman on the proposed showdown, Dec. 6.

Nazario added that the game will depend on whether the Golden Boy would have a difficult time reducing his weight or not and if Manny could be fit enough when he gains weight because of the agreed fight at 147.

Both fighters were good because Manny is strong and fast while Oscar is taller and a tough player to beat.

Whether that boxing match is a “good risk” or not, Manny Pacquiao will still make the final decision.
